You may have noticed that we've been eating a lot of wings recently (if you have some favorites, we'd love to hear about them on this Talk thread), but the hardest part about wing research thus far hasn't been finding options, it has been narrowing down the field. Just about every bar has a version, and each one claims it is the "best in the city." But if you thought the tide of spicy fried chicken was beginning to wane—especially after the cost has gone up so much—you're wrong. Wingstop, which already has 19 restaurants in the Chicago area, will soon add an additional 14 locations. No word on the exact spots, but the thought of how many wings will be fried at any one time in the area is kind of mind-boggling.
