Every year Food & Wine drops a top ten list of the "Best New Chefs" in America, which also kind of doubles as something of a "chefs to look out for" guide. Over the years the magazine's Chicago picks have been particularly on target, with such heavy hitters as Rick Bayless, Paul Kahan, and Grant Achatz making the cut before any of them really hit the national radar. So it's really exciting to see Danny Grant, chef of both RIA and Balsan in the Waldorf Astoria, included this year. Congratulations!
