What is it about Nutella that spurs such excitement? Is it the fact that most of us grew up with peanut butter as our spreadable guide, only later discovering the European hazelnut and chocolate mixture? That certainly has something to do with it, but doesn't explain why we still go crazy for the stuff. Perhaps Nutella's power lays with the fact that it goes so well with so many different kinds of dishes, a fact we found out clearly exposed as we hunted for examples.
