Looking forward to Thanksgiving, but don't want to have to deal with cooking any of it? Luckily, a number of Chicago area restaurants are not only open, they are embracing the holiday with special menus and deals. Instead of a straightforward interpretation, each place listed below is putting its own stamp on the turkey, from interesting glazes and marinades to one place that will deep fry the turkey for you.

Getting hungry yet? Check out some of restaurants that are open for Thanksgiving dinner. Note that many require reservations, and that you might want to hurry before all the spots are gone.

New executive chef Herve Cuyeu is serving a four-course Thanksgiving dinner where you'll be able to choose between a Citrus Roasted Tom Turkey or a Cinnamon Sugar Glazed Country Ham. Check out the full menu here.

Have your Thanksgiving feast at the Palmer House where Lockwood is offering a brunch buffet. Along with maple honey molasses roasted turkey, enjoy strip loin with corn succotash and chestnut-pistachio stuffing.

This River North hotspot will be serving a Thanksgiving inspired à la carte menu, which includes a mojo roasted turkey with quinoa linguica stuffing.

Cafe des Architectes

Sullivan's Steakhouse
Need some help with all the Thanksgiving sides? Order your favorite sides from Sullivan's Steakhouse to go, including horseradish mashed potatoes, creamed corned, Brussels sprouts, and sweet potato casserole. Pickup is on Wednesday, and advance ordering is required. To place an order, call 312-527-3510.

Big Jones
This Andersonville restaurant is putting a Southern spin on Thanksgiving by serving deep-fried turkey. You'll also be able to score Cajun pork boudin fritters with spicy remoulade and Kentucky beer cheese. Call 773-275-5725 for reservations.

Hash House A Go Go
Hash House a Go Go in the Gold Coast will be open for brunch and dinner on Thanksgiving. Along with the full menu, you can also choose between three different special courses, including roasted turkey breast with rosemary gravy, mashed potatoes, and old school stuffing.
