Chicago Halal Food Festival

Red Door's Oyster Slurp and Slush

Michael Ruhlman at Balena and the Bristol
Tuesday, Balena from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. and The Bristol at 6:30 p.m.
Balena will host an afternoon event of appetizers and Q & A to celebrate the release of Charcuterie: The Craft of Salting, Smoking, and Curing.
