Publican Quality Meats, which is located right next door to The Publican, will open its doors for the first time on Monday, February 5. Only bread and pantry items will be available for the first week due to inspections. As if just to tease us, a video was also just released showcasing Kahan's crew butchering up a big ol' pile of meat. More
