Win Chicago Food Film Festival Tickets to The Great Chicago Shuck 'N Suck

Talk about good timing. On the same week this site officially launches, the second annual Chicago Food Film Festival is also coming to town. Founded by George Motz (host of The Travel Channel's Made in America and the author of Hamburger America) and Chef Harry Hawk, the festival combines two of the things we love the most. Starting on Friday, November 18, you'll be able to watch food documentaries from a collection of excellent filmmakers (including Chicago's own Mike Gebert) at the exact same moment you also snack on the food being discussed.

For example, if you decide to check out The Great Shuck 'N Shuck on Saturday, November 19 at Kendall College, instead of picking at popcorn when the lights go out, you'll feast on oysters straight from the Lowcountry in South Carolina.

Tickets for the event are still available for $65 a piece, but we're planning to give away a pair of tickets to a randomly selected winner here. Just leave a comment below about your favorite place to eat oysters in Chicago, and you'll automatically be entered. The contest ends on Wednesday, November 16 at noon.

One entry per community member. The standard Serious Eats contest rules apply. Winner will be posted in the comments section of this post as well as on the Serious Eats Contest Winners Page.
