It may be called the Rewster of the Sea ($9.50), but this sandwich from Rewster's Cafe is basically just a stripped down tuna salad with a minimum number of toppings. And that's fine by me, because I have soft spot for the classic deli filling, especially when I find one that avoids mixing in far too much mayonnaise. Rewster's does just that, managing to achieve that balance where tuna salad actually kind of tastes healthy. The only embellishment is some sliced egg, which manages to bring all the different elements together.
