Publican Quality Meats Opening Next Week

If you've been waiting patiently to purchase all your fresh meat from a Paul Kahan-approved butcher, it's not officially go time, but it is sooo close. Publican Quality Meats, located right next door to The Publican, will open its doors for the first time on Monday, February 5. The announcement was broken by Eater, and that is where we also learned that only bread and pantry items will be available for the first week due to inspections. Just to tease us, a video was also just released showcasing Kahan's crew butchering up a big ol' pile of meat. You can watch it all below.
