Sometimes it is necessary to go back to brunch basics. That's definitely the case when you're dealing with one particular time-honored brunch tradition: the hangover. Finding myself with that all-too-familiar feeling recently, Wishbone's breakfast burrito ($7.95) was thankfully able to cure my ailment. Stuffed with scrambled egg, black beans, salsa, and cilantro, the burrito is also topped with a spicy chili ancho sauce and scallions. The dish becomes a bit of a mess when you cut into it, with the black beans smothering the once-fluffy eggs, but the flavors mesh together so well, you won't even care how many times you will have to wipe your mouth.

Served with a side of sour cream, which helps to cut the spiciness, Wishbone's breakfast burrito isn't greasy in the slightest, allowing the different sauces to shine through on their own without sinking to the bottom of your stomach. Hungover or not though, this dish is worth ordering for any breakfast burrito enthusiast.
