8 Rabbit Dishes We Love in Chicago

Bring on the bunnies. For too long rabbit has merely been an exotic offering, something included on menus for a bit of shock value. But there is a long and delicious history of eating rabbit in most of the world's best cuisines. They must be on to something. So, while the connection between Easter and eating the furry-eared animal might be forced and just slightly morbid, now is as good of a time as any to celebrate this neglected meat.
