Andrew Zimmerman's cuisine reigned supreme on Sunday, as Sepia's executive chef won the latest episode of the Food Network's Iron Chef America. He faced off against Iron Chef Marc Forgione in "Battle Cream Cheese," an ingredient we honestly have never even dreamed of associating with the charcuterie expert. If you're interested to see what Zimmerman can do with the stuff, the restaurant is offering a five-course prix fixe dinner based on the winning performance for $85 per person (call the restaurant for more details).
Of course, even if you are repulsed by cream cheese, especially the thought of eating it for five straight courses, Sepia is also one of our Most Romantic Restaurants in Chicago and happens to know its way with fresh seafood.
